1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • You are entitled to a refund or repair when:

    • The service or product is faulty or not as described

    • The repair fails due to workmanship or defective parts

    Refunds are not available for:

    • Change of mind

    • Damage caused by user error after service

    • Issues unrelated to the initial repair

2. Process

To request a refund, please contact us within 14 days of service or product purchase. We will assess your claim and process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days.
